Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept the order via email confirmation.
(3) Orders may be rejected if they do not comply with our guidelines (e.g., offensive or copyrighted images). -
Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are in the currency corresponding to the customer’s location (EUR, GBP, USD, etc.) and include applicable taxes. However, no VAT is charged due to our status under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (small business regulation).
- Currency will be automatically adjusted based on the user’s country, with the options of EUR, GBP, or USD.
(2) Payment methods include PayPal, Credit Card.
(3) The customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment information.

Shipping and Delivery
(1) Delivery times depend on the product and location. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
(3) We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or third-party carriers. -
Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the right of withdrawal is excluded once production has started. However, if an order has not yet been processed, customers may request cancellation. Further details are provided in our Right of Withdrawal policy below. -
Warranty and Liability
(1) We guarantee that our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
(2) If a product is defective, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
(3) Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence. -
Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading images or designs, the customer affirms that they have the necessary rights to use and modify the content. We may use any images uploaded by customers for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and website content, unless the customer explicitly disallows it.
We are not liable for copyright infringement claims resulting from user submissions. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the full rights to any images or content uploaded. -
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Germany.
Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of Withdrawal
According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g., personalized phone cases with customer-provided designs). However, customers may contact us for possible resolutions in case of errors or dissatisfaction. -
Voluntary Cancellation Policy
(1) If production has not yet started, customers may cancel their order by contacting us at info@petinmypocket.com. -
Complaints and Returns
If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the nature of the defect. -
